Contributions to the Devin Nunes Campaign Committee are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions by corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited. Individuals may contribute up to $2,600 per election (primary and general) for a total of $5,000.  Federal multi-candidate PAC’s may contribute up to $5,000 per election (primary and general) for a total of $10,000.
